I am having some issues logging into kronos, but I am hoping the issue will be sorted out by the end of the week.
Last Week I met with Scott in IT and he gave me my first assignment. I will be redesigning a powerpoint slide that is intended for a Professor to use in a film that he is making. It is a bit outdated and will potentially be inserted into a green screen as an interactive background. As he points, the slide (s) will move. It seems pretty basic, but it will give me a great opportunity to delve into After Effects, which is a program that I have wanted to learn for a very long time.
That same day I also talked to Daniel, who is an After Effects guru. He pointed me towards a wonderful website that is filled with tutorials, downloads and installments for After Effects, and he gave me a small tour of the program himself.
I have a Lynda account ready to be activated so I can access the basic tutorials on that website as well.
Overall I think that this will be a great place to start learning and exploring After Effects!
