Ipad Project App Review: Notability

Notability is a note taking app that is easy to use, but still has many features. I have gotten a stylus pen, which in my opinion improves the usefulness of this app. Some of the features this app has are handwriting, typed text, inserting media (photos, web clips, figures), and voice recording. Although the basic functions are easy to find, some of the less obvious features of this app can be tricky. This past week I have been working on a simple tutorial for Notability. I edited some screen shots from the App with some narrative to explain functions and a few tips as well. Here is the thumbnail of the PDF file:

Next week I will be attending another faculty meeting for the Ipad Classroom Project. Hopefully I can present this tutorial and get feedback as to whether this tutorial was helpful or not. For the rest of the week I will continue to explore Evernote, and begin to learn abut iBook Author.
